3 Day Mwanza - Serengeti - Ngorongoro- Mwanza Safari

These 3 days from Mwanza to Ngorongoro tour through Serengeti  will take you to the world’s most popular destinations. Ngorongoro Crater is often called Africa’s Eden and the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. Serengeti is well known for the wildebeest migration which can’t be seen anywhere else in the world.

Day 1 Mwanza – Serengeti

Drive on a tarmac road from Mwanza to Serengeti though Ndabaka gate. Explore the western corridor zone, observing masses of residents in their natural Habitats. Get a chance to pass at Grumeti River and Retima hippo pool where hippos and giant Nile crocodiles can be found in abundance. Travel further to Seronera area where animals can be seen in abundance including leopard, prides of lion, packs of spotted hyenas, cheetahs, buffaloes, topi, hartebeest, wildebeest, waterbucks, elands, zebras, gazelles, warthogs, and numerous species of birds. More than 100 species can be observed in a day.

 Day 2 Serengeti – Ngorongoro

Early in the Morning after breakfast  you will leave Serengeti for Ngorongoro crater  to descend into the Crater for a Crater tour. This 100 square mile natural amphitheatre is host to an astonishing array of wildlife and you may be lucky enough to see rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo as well as large herd’s zebras and wildebeest. A picnic lunch will be taken in to the Crater. Later Afternoon you will you will ascent our for your overnight at Simba Campsite or Lodge

Day 3 Ngorongoro – Mwanza

Take a leisurely breakfast at the lodge/camp. Start the journey back to Mwanza through Serengeti. En route, enjoy a game drive until you exit the park through Ndabaka gate again. Arrive in Mwanza in the late evening.Note:You can upgrate this itinerary from Camping accommodations to Lodge accommodations
